“I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. My 40 year old furnace gave out during the first snow of the year while I was home with a sick 4 year old. I frantically called company after company only to get voicemail or to be told they couldn't come out for days. Then I called Temperature Pro Denver. When she couldn't, they installed a new furnace for a great price and even offered to bring by space heaters until the furnace could be installed. They are professional, ethical and competent. “My furnace failed late on a Sunday night and I was able to reach them the next morning. They had someone here by 8:45, and it turned out to be simple. A switch just needed to be cleaned so power could be restored. They were very friendly and explained everything thoroughly. I give them an A+. I'd definitely use them again. An update: We were having trouble keeping our second floor air conditioner running. Tyler came out and did a study of our system and it turned out to be quite a difficult problem to solve. First, our system was a bit under sized. Second, it was pretty old. His first suggestion was to seal our duct system to improve the airflow. The first attempt to do this failed. It turned out we had a huge leak in our duct system. We tried quite a few ways to find the problem and we were finally able to figure out that the duct in our laundry room was disconnected. We closed off that duct and were able to seal the system. HUGE improvement! I highly recommend this. He also suggested when we replace our system that we use a variable speed system. I had one of these before and swear by them. Bottom line, this was a very complicated problem to solve. It took a few months to get all the way through it, but they went WAY above and beyond the call of duty to help us solve our problem. They offered us many good options along the way, talked us through all of them. They didn't just try to sell us a new system. I can't recommend them highly enough.”
